Senior Executive, Digital Platforms & Content
The Global Marketing team brings to life the unique promise of Hilton’s portfolio of brands by defining, creating, and delivering exceptional multi-channel marketing campaigns designed to drive business results.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Technically minded, basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and other web technologies is a plus
  • Preferred: some CMS experience (Wordpress, Laravel, etc.)
  • To have relevant experience analyzing data and presenting findings to internal and/or external customers

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience working in the Hospitality and/or travel industry - marketing/product experience within the hospitality (hotel) industry
  • Additional Requirements (i.e. % of travel time, etc.): some travel required

Responsibilities:

Specifically, the Senior Executive will be responsible for:

  • Building landing pages for destination marketing campaigns and loyalty emails
  • Complete a thorough quality assurance process and implement any changes uncovered during the QA
  • Consult on landing page capabilities and customer journey
  • Work alongside the Manager Platforms on recommending new landing page features
  • Proactively look for opportunities to drive landing page performance
  • Maintain all live pages by completing any content updates submitted by internal teams or hotels
  • Performance analysis of all landing pages to identify issues and opportunities to be addressed

  • Analytical and insight driven creative thinker. Experience with using web analytics is a plus.
  • Experience in working collaboratively across multiple departments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, able to convert complicated results into simple findings
  • Interested to learn and develop professionally in the area or product development and website optimization best practices
