Senior Executive, Digital Platforms & Content
The Global Marketing team brings to life the unique promise of Hilton’s portfolio of brands by defining, creating, and delivering exceptional multi-channel marketing campaigns designed to drive business results.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Technically minded, basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and other web technologies is a plus
- Preferred: some CMS experience (Wordpress, Laravel, etc.)
- To have relevant experience analyzing data and presenting findings to internal and/or external customers
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working in the Hospitality and/or travel industry - marketing/product experience within the hospitality (hotel) industry
- Additional Requirements (i.e. % of travel time, etc.): some travel required
Responsibilities:
Specifically, the Senior Executive will be responsible for:
- Building landing pages for destination marketing campaigns and loyalty emails
- Complete a thorough quality assurance process and implement any changes uncovered during the QA
- Consult on landing page capabilities and customer journey
- Work alongside the Manager Platforms on recommending new landing page features
- Proactively look for opportunities to drive landing page performance
- Maintain all live pages by completing any content updates submitted by internal teams or hotels
- Performance analysis of all landing pages to identify issues and opportunities to be addressed

- Analytical and insight driven creative thinker. Experience with using web analytics is a plus.
- Experience in working collaboratively across multiple departments.

- Interested to learn and develop professionally in the area or product development and website optimization best practices
