ABOUT THE JOB:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Senior Payroll Specialist to join our NZ HRP department at TMF Group. As a senior member of the team, you will play a crucial role in managing the relationship with our local and global clients, project manage and carry out the on-boarding of new clients, along with providing assistance and support to the junior and intermediate specialists in the team. The payroll department works in a fast-paced environment, and we are looking for a motivated professional who will bring with them their energy and vast payroll knowledge.

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Reporting to the Payroll Team Leader for New Zealand, you’ll play a key role in our business by:

  • Onboarding / migrating new clients onto the EasiPay (Datacom) software
  • Processing and reviewing client payrolls according to client and legislative requirements
  • Supporting the junior and intermediate specialists with system and payroll knowledge
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships by assisting with client queries
  • Deliver ad hoc payroll-related project tasks for our colleagues based all over the world
