Description:

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experienced in setting up and managing the Learning Management System and deploying organisation-wide programs.
  • Excellent knowledge of grant processes and practices of government agencies SSG, WSG, EDB, etc
  • Ability and willingness to learn new systems, techniques and procedures. Experience in TP Gateway processing will be an advantage.
  • Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • A proactive team player and able to collaborate well within team and across functions / markets.
  • Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Expertise in basic data management and analysis skills are a plus.
  • Has ability to link the dots and big-picture view of situation.
  • Demonstrate creative problem-solving and thinking ‘outside the box.’
  • Enjoys leveraging creativity and technology for enhanced training.
  • Preferably holds ACTA/ACLP/DACE or recognised adult learning certifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Support global learning needs including cascade of group-wide key practices and learning initiatives and programmes, and assist in requests from BU/ markets
  • Support the Company in application for Registered Training Provider status: Spearhead the accreditation process and provide advisory on training facilities requirement, curriculum development etc, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
  • Partnering Business to Develop Purposeful Learning: Support competency framework building and partnering business to provide meaningful solutions to close the employees’ development gaps and support business growth.
  • Vendor Management: Work with multiple vendors to drive them to deliver their services / products to Sembcorp Academy’s requirements and standards.
  • Manage Learning Applications and any Learning Tools: Maintain and oversee the organisation’s Learning Management System and any learning tools (i.e. internal and external learning content provider).
  • Facilitate Learning Programs and Program Rollouts: Facilitate Sembcorp Academy learning portal programs at the Group level and drives implementation across the group. Coordinate the rollout of key learning programs across the group and adapt them based on specific business requirements and employee skill levels.
  • Learning analytics and insights: Prepare and generate necessary learning reports and training data for analytical purposes. Partner with Group HR, Market HR, Business and market learning administrators to ensure that all employees meet their learning targets across the organisation.
  • Manage Digital Ticket Resolution: Oversee digital ticket resolution and handle other administrative matters.
  • Ad-Hoc Projects: Undertake ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned.
