KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Business / Supply Chain Management / Logistics / Science discipline
• Minimum 2 years related experience working as a Supply Chain/Warehouse/Logistics Analyst with good experience on process and analysis works.
• Good understanding of logistics, warehouse, supply chain and inventory management.
• Prior experience with working in SAP S/4, D365, InfoLog, WMS, TMS Systems.
• Experience in designing, building and maintaining Dashboards, Apps and RPA, such as Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, UIPath.

THE ROLE

• Primarily to provide insights into the SATS Supply Chain (focusing on Logistics and Warehousing) across multiple business units, providing both ad-hoc data analytics as well as the development and preparation of regular KPI and Supply Chain metrics.
• Facilitating and supporting role to continuous improvement activities in the scope of Logistics & Warehousing with analytics, analysis, process transformation, innovation and deployment of technology, where relevant and applicable.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partnering with cross-functional teams and/or 3rd party service providers to support/lead improvements projects through the deployment of IT, Technology, Innovation and Transformation.
• Participate and support to process and system analytical analysis ; concept development, design, communication, measurement, monitoring & report.
• Dashboards, Apps and RPA design, building, testing and release following the SATS Corporate guidelines on visualization and data security. Provide continuous support and maintenance to operative dashboards, apps and systems.
• Conduct ad-hoc data analytics for various logistics and warehousing topics to provide insights and assist in identifying and solving issues being faced.
• Identify methods and techniques to identify master data and transactional data discrepancies and errors and raise for solving with relevant parties.
• Assist in training the wider SATS L&W community on data analytics to improve the overall teams capability.
