REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the FMCG industry with a focus on beauty and cosmetics products.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
  • Experience in digital marketing and social media management.
  • Knowledge of the beauty and cosmetics industry and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and consumer preferences in the beauty and cosmetics industry.
  • Coordinate and participate in marketing events, trade shows, and product launches.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and influencers.
