Senior Executive Officer, Draw & Result Operations

We are looking for a passionate and professional Senior Executive Officer to join our Draw & Result Operations team to perform lottery draw, lottery draw video production and sports resulting/settlement duties and dissemination of results successfully.
Based in Singapore and reporting to the Manager, the incumbent will have the day-to-day responsibility of ensuring integrity for all draws and resulting/settlement are carried out in a fair, accurate and timely manner in compliance with established procedures and standards.
However, we also recognize that each individual has a unique blend of skills. Whether your strength is operations or video production/ editing, we want to talk to you.

• You will need to perform pre-draw preparation, conduct draw, draw video production and editing.
• You will need to operate customized lottery mechanical machinery, lottery stream system and video editing software.
• You will need to monitor sports matches while they are being played and verify the winning selections calculations and logic.
• You will need to check/enter results into relevant computing system and disseminate results to various platforms.
• You will need to analyse lottery and sports data.
• You will need to act as the Team Lead during the shift hours you are rostered to.
• You will need to liaise with internal/external auditors on lottery field works and various reports for draw.
• You will need to compile data to develop maintenance standards and analysis study.
• You will need to conduct monthly maintenance for draw equipment, draw balls and production equipment and ensure all equipment are in good working condition.
