REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum qualification of Diploma in a related discipline with 5 to 8 years of relevant working experience
- Positive, enthusiastic, resourceful and takes the initiative to drive results
- Good proficiency in written and spoken English
- Highly organised and detail-oriented with good planning and time management skills

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head (SPU) in developing talent development programmes and projects for Special Projects Unit (SPU).
- Provide administrative and logistics support for SPU.Work closely with the SPU team to oversee projects from inception to completion, including developing, coordinating, and documenting detailed tasks for successful execution.
- Assist in formulating SPU guidelines, policies, SOPs and related documents.
- Assist in other duties assigned by the Head (SPU) and Head (PPO).
For Talent Accelerator Programmes (TAP) & Special Projects
- Develop and enhance the experience and smooth implementation of NAFA’s Talent Accelerator Programmes (TAP).
- Provide executive support to ensure the smooth implementation of the Talent Accelerator Programmes (TAP).
Project manage, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of the Talent Accelerator Programmes (TAP) and Special Projects.Oversee related processes and documentation.
