Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Have sound foundational knowledge on management of social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
- Some familiarity with the posting and amplification features available; and have the willingness to learn about new social platforms and third-party tools.
- Have a genuine passion and familiarity with social media, its trends, and popular influencers.
- Be willing to meet new people and venture to new places when creating fresh content.
- Possess strong attention to detail with ability to multi-task and deliver under tight timelines.
- Be a team player with good interpersonal skills in managing stakeholders with diverse opinions and backgrounds.
- Minimum Diploma/Degree holder, experience in copywriting, graphic design, videography, or video editing is a plus.

Responsibilities:
Content Creation
- Leveraging creative instincts to think up and execute fresh content ideas. A flair for excellence in writing, design, and videography is a plus; with a minimum requirement to be a strong writer and have decent instincts for what makes a good social graphic or short-form video.
- Focusing these imaginative content ideas through pragmatic thinking to ensure that they also hit practical considerations and remain on brand, on budget, realistic to execute, and meet business needs (even the boring ones!).
Targeting and Amplification
- Developing an understanding of each campaign’s target audience segments to deliver the right type of content to the most suitable audience segments.
- Implementing platform knowledge to create and configure ads on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Performance Reporting
- Collecting and analysing social media performance data for regular reporting, making actionable recommendations on how social strategy can be optimised.
