Description:
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Science, Engineering or Human Resources.
- At least one year of relevant experience in managing/supporting programmes and projects is an advantage.
- Team player who is cooperative and helpful.
- As an individual contributor, be proactive, exercises initiative, multitask, work independently, meticulous to details, organised and have the resilience to meet strict deadlines to deliver on time.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office. Good knowledge of Excel (V-lookup and Pivot Tables) and ability to use Power Point programme to produce excellent presentations is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
You will support the Senior Manager to oversee Talent Management and Employee Engagement initiatives. You will be primarily supporting the development and implementation of talent programs, engagement sessions, and projects that drive employee growth and development. This will include assisting the HOD of HR on matters from management reporting, paper writing, policy review and project execution.
