The Senior Executive (Volunteer Management) role will give you the opportunity to experience and contribute to the volunteer efforts within a non-profit environment. REQUIREMENTS

  • A passion to work for a non-profit organisation
  • A recognised degree with at least five years of relevant experience in Volunteer Management
  • Experience in events management will be advantageous
  • Good team player
  • Organised and detail-oriented

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, coordinate and manage the volunteer programmes at both Homes
  • Work closely with other departments to determine volunteering needs/requirements for residents and clients
  • Build and maintain relations with volunteers, donors and community partners
  • Build rapport with beneficiaries, donors, community partners and volunteers to better understand their needs, in order to develop suitable programmes
  • Handle enquiries, registration and engagement of donors and volunteers
  • Provide secretariat support to project’s Organising Committee
  • Provide support for volunteer-related content for in-house and external publications (e.g. article contributions covering volunteer events)
  • Assist in department projects and other duties as assigned
  • Would be required to work on some weekends, after office hours and public holidays to support organisation events
