Job Description
We’re looking for you to join our Content Logistics Team, limited to one year.
Tasks
- Your job is key account management with licensors & partner broadcasters; proactive & self-organized coordination & handling of broadcast material procurement & processing of complaints
- Above all, the coordination of the creation of all broadcast materials (linear & non-linear) with the internal technical department is part of your daily business
- You continuously manage the coordination of the material with dubbing studios/external service providers - for creating the German dubbed version and for maintaining & improving cooperation with the surrounding teams
- Your task also include the timely provision of broadcast material for films & series for all Sky channels & non-linear platforms
- In addition to self-organized research in the archive & proactive continuous workflow optimizations, you’ll take care of self-sufficient coordination based on the contracts with the responsible departments regarding material delivery
- Part of your responsibility is the project coordination for channel launches, the support in the introduction of new services & technologies and the active support in testing & monitoring new workflows from a content logistics perspective
Requirements
- You’ve a degree or a completed commercial apprenticeship, as well as 4-6 years of professional experience in the film and television industry
- In the past you were able to gain some experience to acquire in-depth knowledge in the field of broadcast material coordination (linear & non-linear) and an extended technical understanding, especially in the field of file processing
- Above all, your excellent communication & organizational skills as well as commitment & reliability enable you to work independently in a team
- Your technical affinity for film & television and your in-depth technical understanding (including project management support) from an operational perspective are among your strengths
- You’re an expert (m/f/d) in the use of content management systems such as APIx or Content Explorer & ScheduAll as well as in proactive problem solving & optimization of workflows
- Good English skills & very good written & spoken German skills round off your profile
