Description:
YOUR POWERFUL SKILLS
- University degree in an economics, engineering or natural sciences program
- At least 5 years of experience in the energy industry and/or a strategy consultancy with in-depth knowledge of various stages of the energy industry value chain
- Experience in project management with (external) partners and with different stakeholders
- Ability to reduce very complex issues to the decisive elements and present solutions in such a way that decision-makers can take them up directly
- Business fluent in written and spoken English
- Strong creativity and ability to develop out-of-the-box solutions

Responsibilities:
- Independent execution of comprehensive strategic analyses of business models and markets related to the energy transition
- Active monitoring of national and international developments in the energy industry and evaluation of opportunities and risks of new business models for RWE
- Deriving cooperation ideas with the industry / with external partners, as well as independently initiating and implementing these with the partners
- Management of group-wide energy industry projects and workstreams
- Transferring complex content and analysis results into target group-oriented presentations and preparing well-founded recommendations for action for decision-makers in RWE top management (including the Executive Board
