Responsibilities:

DISCOVER YOUR EXCITING ROLE

As the (Senior) Expert Compensation & Benefits, you will act as an operational partner to the Senior Vice President HR, providing expert guidance on executive contracts and incentive programs. You will support the Corporate Compensation team in the annual salary and bonus review process, leveraging your analytical skills and compensation expertise. This role requires a deep understanding of the competitive landscape to advise HR colleagues on policies and programs, ensuring the alignment of compensation strategies with company objectives. You will also manage vendor relationships and oversee the integration of compensation structures following mergers and acquisitions.

  • Create comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies to align with company objectives and enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Work with HR partners and business leaders to design tailored compensation and benefits solutions for different regions.
  • Maintain and ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits.
  • Advise HR teams on compensation matters, including budget forecasts and policy impacts.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and oversee integration processes following mergers and acquisitions.
