Description:
Senior Facilities Manager
Australia’s largest public museum organisation is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to lead its Carlton Gardens Facilities Management team.
NOTABLE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:
- Demonstrated experience of the management of maintenance, inspection and testing programs necessary for building safety and compliance
- Demonstrated ability to manage project works whilst maintaining effective levels of risk management and productivity for regular business operations
- Experience in the specification and documentation of contracts for facilities and asset management projects and services
The successful applicant will have experience in negotiating and managing building and asset maintenance and service contracts, including contractor performance management along with an understanding of sustainability and climate-change legislation, opportunities and trends.
