Senior Facilities Officer / Central / Office Building

OUR CLIENT IS A COMPANY IN THE REAL ESTATE/FACILITIES INDUSTRY. DUE TO THEIR CURRENT EXPANSION PLAN, THEY ARE LOOKING FOR A SENIOR FACILITIES OFFICER TO JOIN THEIR TEAM, IN HOPES OF DEVELOPING THE CURRENT HIGH PERFORMING TEAM. THEY ARE LOCATED IN CENTRAL – EASILY ACCESSIBLE.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate preventive maintenance activities, pest management, landscaping, security, and related services.
• Examine and analyze reported issues and malfunctions to identify root causes and prevent future occurrences.

• Oversee contractors performing maintenance tasks to ensure the site is well-maintained and meets service quality standards.All other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Building/Facilities Management or other relevant field of studies
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience in managing Office buildings
