• Coordinates RiaMiranda Regular designs processes, and ensures that the creative output aligns with the brand’s vision and market trends
• Managing the entire design process and take role in R&D textile process
• Lead, mentor, and manage designer team
• Present seasonal concepts, mood boards, and design briefs to Group Head and collaborate with other departments such as marketing, production, and sales.
• Ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• At least 5-7 years of experience in fashion design, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator
• Strong creative vision and ability to translate market trends into commercially viable designs
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage. multiple projects simultaneously
• Willing to work fully on-site in Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan
