THE JOB
We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Executive to drive sales for our growing organization. X-1FBO Software has an expanding list of transformative products, and we need an individual with the ability to sell and increase brand and product awareness across a shifting industry. The ideal candidate must be personable, knowledgeable in general aviation, and able to understand the challenges faced by our prospects. SaaS sales experience is preferred but not required. Compensation includes base pay plus uncapped commission.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- Aviation & FBO Knowledge - The ideal candidate needs a basic understanding of Business & General Aviation to ensure a smoother in-roads to sales success.
- Presentations & Public Speaking - Must be a skilled communicator and able to effectively correspond with customers, prospects, and colleagues as well as deliver demonstrations all of the X-1 software and hardware products to various audiences and be able to speak to how they make managing an FBO easier either written or verbally.
- Teamwork - You will be in regular contact with personnel across the organization and will need to collaborate with developers, customer support and on-boarding teams to make sure each sale is successful all the way past implementation and to help solve shared problems.
- Honestly & accountability - enough said!
LOCATION
For this role we are open to remote work anywhere in North America. Preference is for this person to be located in or near major FBO markets like New York, Chicago, Houston, South Florida, Southern California with access to a major airline hub.
