Description:

Scope:
You will be working cross-functionally with the global marketing, sales, business development, industry strategy, product marketing, product management, alliances, and customer success teams, you will help develop compelling go-to-market plans, messaging/content, marketing strategy, and integrated campaigns that will drive pipeline and revenue with a focus on new business for EMEA.
You will be working closely with senior marketing colleagues, sales, business development and partner alliances alike to develop and execute a fully integrated regional marketing plan for the region.

What you will do:

  • Translate global strategy and regional sales goals into an effective fully integrated strategic marketing plan, considering all aspects including sub-industry specific approach, local language, identifying the right mix of industry events, Blue Yonder hosted events, association memberships and other regional engagement strategies
  • Responsible for event management, end to end, from identifying the right events to execution
  • Responsible for driving and demand generation programs powered by 6sense to orchestrate buyer intent, supporting in expansion of footprint with existing enterprise customers as well as breaking into new territory and new logos
  • Support in localization of global intent driven manufacturing campaigns and develop and implement industry specific multi-channel programs to create demand and also accelerate active sales cycles
  • Identify associations, industry influencers and other third parties that influence in-market opportunities and driving success through thoughtful annual programs
  • Monitor and manage marketing reporting, dashboards and analysis on event effectiveness, campaign performance, to allow for quick adjustments and pivoting

What we are looking for:

  • 10+ years of B2B demand generation, field marketing and digital marketing experience
  • Enterprise SaaS or supply chain marketing experience is a major plus
  • Sufficient knowledge of best practices in B2B marketing automation
  • Demonstrated analytical approach, understanding of core marketing and pipeline metrics
  • Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Experience with an ABM platforms (e.g. 6sense, Marketo, Salesforce, Salesloft) to orchestrate buyer intent-driven campaigns preferred
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills with the ability to develop positive and professional relationships with cross functional teams across domestic and international markets
  • Confident working closely with leadership to support the overall business goals
  • Proven experience working effectively with sales teams to win
  • Mother tongue German, fluent in English
  • Prior experience of assuming full responsibility for end-to-end event management
  • Flexibility to quickly adapt and align with business needs
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple projects with flawless execution
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Good understanding of budget management
  • Some travel is required
