The Growth Marketing team at Front is looking for an experienced marketer to lead our field marketing efforts as we expand our global presence. As the Senior Field Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our global field marketing strategy, while providing specialized support and expertise to drive outsized impact in the EMEA region. You will collaborate closely with leaders and cross-functional stakeholders across sales, marketing, operations and analytics to execute full-funnel marketing programs for pipeline generation and acceleration.

WHAT SKILLS & EXPERIENCE DO YOU NEED?

  • 5+ years experience in B2B field marketing, with a strong focus on the EMEA market
  • Experience planning and executing in-person and virtual events
  • Experience with a variety of marketing channels and tactics to drive attendance and engagement with events, including email marketing, content marketing, paid advertising, social media, etc.
  • Proven track record of partnering with sales leaders and teams to hit pipeline targets
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders globally
  • WIllingness to travel as needed to support field marketing events
  • Highly autonomous with a self-starter mindset

Responsibilities:

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

  • Support the development and execution of our global field marketing strategy, including end-to-end management of virtual events and webinars
  • Own EMEA field marketing programs from planning to execution, including venue selection, vendor management, logistics, promotion, reporting, etc.
  • Partner closely with EMEA sales leaders and teams to understand regional needs and goals to develop high-impact marketing programs
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with global marketing strategies and cohesive execution of initiatives.
  • Measure, analyze and report on the performance of field marketing programs, providing regular updates and insights for future opportunities

THIS IS A HYBRID ROLE, EXPECTED TO BE IN OUR DUBLIN OFFICE ON TUESDAYS AND THURSDAYS.

The target Dublin base salary range for this full-time position is €80,800- €98,500. Individual compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, training, and market conditions. At Front, we take a market-based approach to pay. In addition to cash compensation (base salary, which may include commissions or overtime pay where applicable), Fronteers are eligible to receive equity in the company.
