Position Overview:
Reporting to the Group Manager, the Senior Finance Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting budgeting and forecasting processes. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with key stakeholders across the organisation and contribute to strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct financial analysis and monitoring to provide insights into business performance and trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support decision-making processes through data-driven insights.
  • Assist in the preparation and consolidation of budgets and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Provide support to the Group Manager as needed.
  • Offer training and guidance to finance and non-finance team members to enhance their understanding of financial concepts and processes.
  • Contribute to software transformation projects aimed at improving financial processes, systems, or controls.
  • Assist with year-end reporting requirements, including supporting schedules, financial information packs, and reconciliations, to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.

    About You:

  • Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, preferably in a corporate finance or FP&A role within the property industry.

  • Strong understanding of accounting concepts, including cash flow analysis.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends effectively.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with large ERP systems is desirable.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
  • Real Estate background/ knowledge desirable.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
  • Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CA or CPA) preferred.
