The Finance Manager for EU Network Strategy will be the main controller for all Capex investments across the business and will partner with Network planning teams to ensure that we have a network design that maximizes Free cash Flow for the business. In addition to this, this leader will play a key role in defining EU AMXL’s cost to serve strategy for the year’s to come
Key job responsibilities
Amazon Extra Large (AMXL) Finance seeks a Finance Manager to lead Finance controllership for Network design and end to end strategy. You will own key financial reporting and alignment, develop key processes around the organization’s goals, and to perform financial analyses of major business events. You will become a valued business partner by focusing on core finance functions, identifying and publishing key metrics and work on special projects to achieve optimal performance.
A day in the life
This role will partner will multiple stakeholders within both finance and the business leadership to provide insight, analysis and financial leadership as we rapidly expand and evolve the AMXL business. This role will provide extensive cross-functional opportunities to partner with teams including Global Delivery Services (GDS), Amazon Transportation Services (ATS), Global Consumer Fulfillment (GCF), and Amazon Logistics (AMZL), AMXL Network planning. This role will create and sustain performance measurements and reporting on strategic input drivers to continuously improve the economics of the business.
