ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for someone who is:

• A qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA/CA)
• Ambitious, looking for a role to grow their finance career and skillset
• Pro-active, curious, a self-starter
• Collaborative, and able to work with a diverse set of stakeholders
• Logical, a problem solver
• Experienced using Excel
• Experienced using SAP ideally,, or a financial consolidation tool (e.g. OneStream, Hyperion)

As part of the Group Accounting Team, you will support the delivery of the Group’s financial results every month end, collaborating with the central finance functions and global markets. This is a pivotal role in a dynamic and growing team who are always looking to drive change.
As the business expands and evolves, the Group Accounting Team will continue to develop Dyson’s financial reporting, ensuring integrity in the numbers, supporting executive decision making and improving business processes.
This role will provide you with the opportunity to drive forward the financial reporting at the heart of Dyson’s decision making.

You will:

• Support month end consolidation of the group accounts, performing timely and accurate controlling processes
• Approve finance master data requests, ensuring compliance to global policies
• Support development, documentation and roll-out of group management accounting policies
• Collaborate with markets and regions to ensure consistency and first-time accuracy of financial reporting
• Have involvement in ad-hoc projects to improve our internal reporting and decision making
