YOUR STRENGTHS AND EXPERIENCE

You will have either completed a CA or CPA qualification and must have experience partnering with Digital and Technology teams.
Key to your success in this role is your excellent communication skills and your ability to build relationships with stakeholders throughout our business. You’re a self-starter, keen to learn quickly and confident in your ability to work through ambiguity to deliver outcomes.
You have demonstrated experience turning financial data and information into insights that contribute to business decision making. Your excellent written and verbal skills complement your knowledge of general ledger management and business planning. Previous experience working in a large corporate environment or financial services organisation is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Finance Analyst, you will collaborate with business leaders and Senior Executives/ Hub Leads to provide financial and non-financial analysis and insight.

Working closely with the finance team and business stakeholders you will impact by:

  • Assisting the Finance Manager by providing accurate financial and non-financial analysis and insight to your portfolio stakeholders
  • Supporting budget and forecast revisions and defining standard management reporting requirements
  • Performing ad-hoc analysis and identifying performance improvement opportunities for the business and minimise business risks
  • Supporting business leaders and Senior Executives to deliver on their financial goals, particularly for management expenses
  • Actively contributing to team deliverables outside of financial obligations utilising diverse skill set where most appropriate (excel training, commercial acumen, non-product person viewpoint etc).

Overall you will become a trusted financial adviser that will see you add value to your portfolio.
