SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Business/Finance degree (Accounting or similar discipline), CPA or CA qualification
  • Minimum of 8 years of Management or Financial Accounting
  • Financial Modelling and evaluation skills
  • Stakeholder and Project Management skills
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Actively engage with stakeholders at all levels to ensure best practice across the Dulux Trade business
  • Lead the development and production of the annual budgets and monthly forecast for the Trade business
  • Ensure the financial and business processes are consistent with internal control polices
  • Ensure the team’s output and performance is of the highest quality through consistent mentoring, coaching and development initiatives
  • Provide relevant and useful financial measures into key business activities
