  • A BS/BA degree or higher in one or a combination of the following: Finance, Accounting, Analytics, or Economics.
  • Relevant employment experience in financial services / banking industry.
  • Strong technical skills including reporting databases and Microsoft Office (and specifically MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau)
  • Experience with controls compliance and documentation
  • Experience with Essbase.
  • Soft skills:
  • Ability to successfully operate in a complex and matrixed environment.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills and ability to prepare and present analysis and recommendations.

Responsibilities:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to support the Digital Technology & innovation organization in managing budget and forecasting responsibilities.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage the resource forecasting process as primary input to monthly labor forecasts.
  • Prepare presentations to summarize results or present requirements to technology partners.
  • Create trend analysis and research into variances
  • Execute input/output controls.
  • Data compilation including retrieving from various input templates
  • Support key management reporting processes including month end reporting and financial reviews.
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
