- Relevant employment experience in financial services / banking industry.
- Strong technical skills including reporting databases and Microsoft Office (and specifically MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau)
- Experience with controls compliance and documentation
- Experience with Essbase.

Responsibilities:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to support the Digital Technology & innovation organization in managing budget and forecasting responsibilities.
In this role, you will:
- Manage the resource forecasting process as primary input to monthly labor forecasts.
- Prepare presentations to summarize results or present requirements to technology partners.
- Create trend analysis and research into variances
- Execute input/output controls.
- Data compilation including retrieving from various input templates
- Support key management reporting processes including month end reporting and financial reviews.
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
