This person is a key contributor to deliver on financial targets set to the respective function. He/she will work therefor closely together with functional leadership teams and support them with high quality performance tracking and business forecasting.

• Support Business Partnering to functional leaders (CXO) and their leadership team incl. budgeting, forecasting and monthly performance reviews
• Leads setting of financial targets to deliver plans
• Leads the ROI process and drives action to deliver forecast
• Owns bottom line cost actions/drives execution to targets setting up clear YoY cost view as part of strategic improvement plans
• Support and challenge business cases and follow up
• Provide all supporting information for closing entries (cut off adjustments, accruals, risk estimates…)
• Monitor function productivity plans (FTE, Consulting, Software, Materials)
