Senior Finance Business Partner

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO):

The role will oversee the provision of support on all financial aspects of developing and delivering the Commercial strategy including:

• Embedding themselves within the Commercial team and acting as a bridge between Commercial and Finance.
• Providing crucial assistance to the relevant Head of department by producing accurate business case models to aid with strategic decision making and the identification of opportunities and risks, analysing data and making recommendations.
• Developing vehicle pricing strategy models for all markets, considering factors such as transfer pricing, logistic costs, localised taxes and duties, in market vs global warranty provision, local marketing budgets and sales of marketing vehicles.
• Presenting the financial decision-making tools in Steering Committee meetings, Commercial Board meetings and other similar forums.
• Overseeing the work of the Finance Analysts.
• Ensuring that all practical aspects of Finance support are identified and communicated within the wider Finance team to ensure that these needs are met.
• Supporting Commercial Finance Manager with overall forecast and budgeting processes and other Business partnering activities.
• Providing support to, and ensuring a consistent and unified approach throughout, the whole Commercial Business Partnering team.
