Description:

The Senior / Finance Executive will be working closly with Accountant together. Responsible for maintaining and updating of the company’s financial and management accounts related activities such as book-keeping and preparation of reports, company tax and other related documents. In addition, this role also supports ad-hoc adminstrative work such as coordinating with vendors.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accounting with a Minimum 1 years of relavant working experience
  • Good communication skills, Interpersonal skills, numeracy & analytical skill
  • Adaptability
  • Capacity to manage several tasks simultaneously, within work deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel , words & ppt

Responsibilities:

  • To handle day to day Full Set of Accounts
  • Contribute to the Finance team function
  • Assist in the submission of grant applications, proposals and claims report
  • Assist in the preparation for finance department meeting.
  • Coordinate, attend and provide administrative support during Board Meeting.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, bank reconciliation, assets register, processing payments.. Issuance of tax receipts and maintaining records
  • Manage the budgeting and establish proper finance processes
  • Liaise with both internal and external auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out.
  • Ensure that accurate financial reports are produced and submitted to the relevant authorities in accordance to the specific deadlines.
  • Ensure that the monthly and quarterly income and expenditure statements and balance sheets are accurate and up to date.
  • Liaise with the legal advisor on any legal matters regarding contracts or agreements.
  • Develop external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g. auditors and statutory organisations such as the National Council of Social Service, Central Provident Fund Board, Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore.
  • Coordinate with vendors on the maintenance of IT office facilities, such as security equipment, phone system, Computers etc.
  • Ensure that all procurement procedures are transparent and in accordance to the Standard Operating Procedures, before submission to Approving Authority.
  • Assist in the submission of grant applications and proposals.
  • Any other matters as assigned by the Supervisor/Executive Director
