The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join the GTM (Go-To-Market) Finance team as we continue to propel the business through analytical forecasts and provide influential insights to drive the business. This Senior Finance Manager will report to the Senior Director, JAPAC Finance. You will play a pivotal role in providing insights into the business and offer recommendations that will drive growth. This role partners with Finance and Sales GTM leaders and has the ability to influence senior and executive management decisions, inspire change, and challenge status quo as Adobe continues to scale for growth.
What You’ll Do
Deliver critical business analysis, as well as defining and reporting significant financial and operational metrics that lead to insightful & impactful business decision-making.
Partner with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and support business initiatives.
Deliver timely and accurate executive level reporting and insights, through effective story telling.
Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
Effectively work across matrixed organizations, maintaining credibility and positive relationships with key business partners and collaborators across the geographies and company.
What You Need To Succeed
Excellent Communicator with strong PowerPoint skills and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Able to translate data into a story, explaining quarterly variances, risks, and opportunities.
Analytical and creative problem solver who challenges the status quo.
Self-starter with an inquisitive mind, eager to design recommendations, comfortable in a fluid environment that changes as the business evolves.
Excellent social skills, with the ability to hold constructive conversations, deliver messages with tact, and facilitate collaboration among teams that drives results and change.
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum 10-12+ years experience required. GTM or sales finance experience preferred
