POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced strategic-minded Senior Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide leadership and direction to our finance team while working closely with our group finance and operations teams.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Overseeing and governing the preparation of Management accounts
  • Assist with the division budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning process
  • Ensure the company is always compliant in relation to transfer pricing
  • Management of transactional finance
  • Fulfilment of daily finance requirements of the organization
  • Coordination with HR on policy making you implementation and Payroll processing
  • Coordination with Operations Managers regarding billables
  • Establish, implement, and document accounting processes in order to scale more efficiently and effectively
  • Ensure compliance with tax requirements
  • Develop, measure, and maintain key financial metrics
  • Oversight and operational management of operational bank accounts
  • Management of cash flow forecasting
  • Finance team management
