• Provide vital financial and operational guidance in the Southeast Asian (SEA) region for the organization.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, local regulations, and internal controls in all business activities.
• Maintain precision, comprehensiveness, and timeliness of financial results.
• Facilitate and develop forecasts, budgets, and internal controls.
• Manage local statutory filings for entities like IRAS, MOM, CPF, and others.
• Lead and oversee external audit processes.
• Drive and implement improvements in operational processes.
• Support functional leaders with insightful financial analyses.
• Act as a business representative at all organizational levels and disciplines.
• Assist sales and commercial teams with margin and pricing analyses as needed.
• Contribute to the preparation of weekly and monthly reports.
