Responsibilities:
- Lead the business performance and financial control services for the Technology business.
- Lead effective business analysis and advice to the Leadership Teams and other stakeholders in line with the Finance Control Framework to support achievement of expense targets and forecasts.
- Lead the delivery of timely, accurate and insightful management reporting to the Group Executives, General Managers, and relevant business partners.
- Provide key drivers to senior management including detailed commentary and analysis of the forecast, identifying, and managing risks and opportunities.
- Lead the financial modelling, forecasting and scenario analysis support focused on value protection.
- Lead collaborative relationships with Finance Business Partner teams and challenge where applicable.
- People leadership responsibilities – manage direct reports, coaching, mentoring, facilitating team meetings, distributing, coordinating and prioritising work for team members of broader Finance Services business unit to meet internal and external deadlines.
- Take a proactive lead in identifying and implementing ongoing process improvements or simplification initiatives to improve overall team quality and productivity.Act as an ambassador for the Group and Finance profession always in delivery and behaviours
