Senior / Finance & Operation Officer

at  Viva Foundation for Children with Cancer

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least Advanced / Diploma in Finance & Accounting or equivalent, or Majoring in accounting
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Meticulous, organized, attentive to details and accuracy.
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Mandarin.
• Team player, fast worker, possess knowledge and experience in MS excel and MS word
• Experiences working in Charity Organization will be an advantage
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice

• In-charge of Accounts Payable, staff petty cash reimbursement
• Issue donation receipts
• Assist in monthend close and preparation of financial report
• Assist in projects co-ordination
• Ensure timely reporting and meeting deadlines
• Maintain proper documentation and filing.
• Assist in operation and administration duties
• Any Ad-hoc duties as assigned by The Management
