  • Salary of $120k - $135k including super
    T+O+M Executive and I have partnered with a growing ASX-listed commercial electronics and SaaS solutions provider to recruit an experienced Senior Accountant to join from Sydney or Melbourne. This company is multinational with offices in Australia, USA, UK, Germany as well as multiple offices based across Asia.
    Reporting to the newly appointed, experienced CFO, you will be a part of a 5-member finance team.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • CA/ CPA/ ACA/ CIMA qualified with over 5 years of experience
  • Ideal for a candidate with 3 years of audit background & 2 years of ASX reporting experience
  • Strong excel skills and Netsuite experience will be advantageous
  • Proven experience in analytical thinking and detailed reporting

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare timely and accurate month-end and year-end financial statements and board reports
  • Ensure ASX and statutory reporting (4E, 4D) requirements are met, utilizing your accounting & finance expertise
  • Responsible for tax, transfer pricing, GST, BAS, Payroll Tax, FBT etc in liaison with external accountants
  • Manage the external audit engagement
  • Manage the bank facilities and ensure debt covenants are maintained
  • Prepare sales and inventory reporting for internal stakeholders
  • Managing and oversee AP, AR and Payroll functions through the overseas shared services team
  • Work closely with the management accountant for board reporting
  • On going process improvements
  • Provide guidance and mentorship for junior staff and graduates on rotation
  • Ad hoc reporting and analysis as required
