REQUIREMENTS

Requirements and summary of duties and responsibilities:

  • Group reporting requirements
  • Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable
  • Maintaining and processing digital timesheets
  • Payroll
  • Managing the day-to-day accounting for the company
  • Contract Implementation
  • Preparing budgets, P&L, Balance Sheet etc
  • Working with the management team to implement and improve workplace policies
  • Managing and renewing the company’s documents, insurances, licenses, etc
  • Planning, analysing and distributing insightful data and making recommendations to the Leadership Team
  • Identifying opportunities via a reporting structure on how the company can work more efficiently and effectively
  • Reviewing contracts between suppliers and customers and making recommendations
  • Ensuring compliance with governments and other regulatory bodies
  • Providing assistance to the Managing Director
