REQUIREMENTS
Requirements and summary of duties and responsibilities:
- Group reporting requirements
- Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable
- Maintaining and processing digital timesheets
- Payroll
- Managing the day-to-day accounting for the company
- Contract Implementation
- Preparing budgets, P&L, Balance Sheet etc
- Working with the management team to implement and improve workplace policies
- Managing and renewing the company’s documents, insurances, licenses, etc
- Planning, analysing and distributing insightful data and making recommendations to the Leadership Team
- Identifying opportunities via a reporting structure on how the company can work more efficiently and effectively
- Reviewing contracts between suppliers and customers and making recommendations
- Ensuring compliance with governments and other regulatory bodies
- Providing assistance to the Managing Director
