Senior Financial Accountant

You’ll join a growing business within Resources as a Senior Financial Accountant. Based in the CBD with 1-day WFH.

You can be either a First Mover from Business Services at a Senior level, or someone with existing commercial experience within industries that are highly comparable to Resources.

• CA / CPA qualified.
• First Mover Business Services OR Commercial experience
• Strong Excel skills
• Highly motivated and ambitious
• Dedication to providing exceptional output and results.
• Continuous improvement mindset.

This position will allow you to flex your continuous improvement skillset as you grow with the finance function.

You will be directly responsible for:

• Full EOM process and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with all financial, tax and legal requirements, policies, and provisions.
• Monthly consolidations
• Cash flow forecasting.
• Assistance with internal and external audit.
• Contribute to continuous improvement.
• Ad hoc duties as to be expected involving other finance functions / projects (CAPEX / M&A)
• Mentorship of fully qualified accountant
