Senior Financial Analyst - Business Performance

Home Hardware has an exciting opportunity available for a Senior Financial Analyst – Business Performance to join our Corporate Finance team. Reporting to the Manager, FP&A, you will be responsible for financial modelling and forecasting for Dealer-Owners across Canada.
You will be working closely with Dealer-Owners to guide on critical business performance and improvement. Ultimately this role becomes an intimate trusted coach/advisor to the Dealer!

• Engage daily with Dealers, Operations, Lenders, and prospective buyers/sellers with respect to forecasting and planning for a subset of Dealer locations.
• Manage, build, and evolve operational and financial performance models to help achieve accurate and successful Dealer forecasts.
• Respond to daily Dealer inquiries and support requests for information and financing needs.
• Gather Dealer monthly financial statements, update models and provide constant feedback for improvement opportunities.
• Develop KPI’s to help illuminate and ultimately drive Dealer performance improvements.
• Other tasks for the greater organization as required.
