This role is responsible for leading and providing expertise to project teams, participating in cross-functional initiatives, and guiding process improvements and policy establishment. The role collaborates with business leaders to influence strategic decision-making and conducts complex financial analysis to achieve objectives effectively.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE RECOMMENDED

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads and/or provides expertise to Contra project teams and participates in cross-functional initiatives.
  • Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies within the area of responsibility.
  • Collaborates with business leaders to guide and influence strategic decision-making within a broad scope.
  • Performs complex and occasionally highly complex contra analysis for CEE Market, utilizing strong business understanding to achieve objectives effectively.
  • Leads and drives business initiatives, overseeing analysts across multiple sub-functions within finance.• Identifies opportunities for process improvement and policy development, actively engaging in their design and implementation.
  • Participates in design, testing and implementation of new Contra tools and calculations.
  • Represents the business unit during cross-regional or cross-functional planning processes.
  • Applies advanced subject matter knowledge, leads, and contributes to complex projects, and exercises independent judgment in resolving business issues and establishing policies.
  • Develops and builds productive internal/external working relationships and provides mentoring and guidance to lower-level employees.
