Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior FP&A Revenue Analyst to join our finance team at Coro.
About the Role:
This role offers a unique opportunity to join a global finance team, working closely with colleagues and stakeholders across different regions. As a Senior FP&A Revenue Analyst, you will have the chance to make a significant impact on our financial performance and contribute to the success of our business on a global scale.
In this role, you will be involved in all revenue-related analytics, sales commission planning and calculations, revenue forecasting, modelling, and financial planning and analysis. Working closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams, you will drive revenue insights, optimize financial performance, and support strategic decision-making. Your key duties include analyzing revenue trends and related KPIs, designing, implementing and computing sales commission structures, and providing valuable insights into sales performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough analysis of revenue data, including sales performance, pricing strategies, and customer trends, to provide actionable insights to management.
  • Manage the sales commission process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of commission calculations and payouts.
  • Serve as point person for all sales related commission inquiries
  • Partner with the Sales team to forecast and track revenue metrics, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills to create complex financial models and reports for forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
  • Work with Salesforce (SFDC) and other relevant tools to extract, manipulate, and analyze data for reporting and decision-making purposes.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in revenue analytics and financial planning.

Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on revenue analysis and operations, preferably in the SaaS industry.
  • Advanced Excel skills. Experience with SQL or other data manipulation languages is a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) or similar CRM platforms.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing sales commission plans and incentive structures.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A self-starter with a proactive mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
