CONTRACT: FULL TIME, PERMANENT
As GS EMEA BU Finance Team, we provide finance support to this global organization and more in particular to the GS EMEA Service Delivery Leads and their teams being located in the EMEA region.
Following the continued growth of the Johnson & Johnson Global Services organization in EMEA, we are currently looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to strengthen the team.
The position will report into GS EMEA BU Finance Team and will provide analytical financial support. The responsibilities for this job include monthly financial analysis of actual results vs. budgets / forecasts, regional support and analysis of Finance Projects, preparation of the material for board/management presentations.
Responsibilities:
- Provides accurate, timely, and meaningful financial analysis
- Monthly/quarterly reporting and reconciliation in a global environment. Ensures that appropriate financial processes and systems are in place and are compliant with local government laws and corporate policies
- Participates in business planning, budgeting, forecasting, reconciliations, and cross-functional work teams
- Responsible for providing regional financial support which includes performing cross charges to support quarter end closing activities
- Communication and support of business partners
- Master data management
- Support and/or take the lead in business process improvements by utilizing metric driven insights to address unmet needs, challenging the status quo, and holding accountable key stakeholders to act with speed and agility
- Ad hoc requests
