QUALIFICATIONS:

  • CPA or MBA a plus.
  • 6+ years of progressive financial analysis and reporting experience within fast-paced business environments.
  • Retail industry experience an asset.
  • Expert knowledge of Excel is required and working knowledge of Oracle EPM and PowerBI an asset.
  • Extremely organized, thorough and takes pride in quality.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a time sensitive manner.
  • Ability to cultivate strong business partnerships with all levels, including Senior Leadership.

Compensation and Benefits Package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $103,500 - $135,900 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Key strategic partner to the North America Fulfillment Supply Chain team, supporting them through planning of long-term strategic initiatives associated with ecommerce outbound freight.
  • Prepare analysis at month and quarter end which includes investigating variances to budget and forecast and communicating financial results to FP&A leadership and senior cross functional business partners.
  • Proactively partner with the business to understand the link between operations and financial results to provide business insights.
  • Participate in cross-functional initiatives and ad-hoc projects to provide financial analysis for decision making support
