Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW:

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Operations & Finance, the Senior Financial Analyst will play a key role in leading product demand and revenue forecasting, supporting and managing the Company’s inventory pipeline. This role will work closely with the planning and Purchasing team, as well as other internal stakeholders to help drive Company success through management reporting, ad hoc analyses, and modeling activities. The ideal candidate is driven to exceed personal and team goals, always looking to incrementally improve processes and analyses, and naturally inclined to anticipate risks, take ownership of challenges, and make sound business decisions.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Monitor and analyze financial performance against forecasts and key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying areas of improvement and providing actionable recommendations.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and modeling to support strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and consistency of financial data.
  • Lead the execution of the inventory and demand planning activities within a high growth environment, actively monitoring and addressing demand/supply related problems.
  • Evaluate performance of products and produce purchasing plans in accordance with findings.
  • Optimize inventory balances throughout multiple warehouse locations and manage supply chain coordination, collaborating with cross-functional teams such as logistics and production.
  • Identify and lead initiatives to continuously improve, standardize and automate forecasting and reporting tools.
  • Provide support in preparing ad-hoc reporting and data analysis on an as-needed basis.
  • Get stuff done – be resourceful and plug in wherever needed, tackling difficult issues and challenges with an entrepreneurial mindset.
