We are looking for a dynamic individual with a strong technology and financial management background to implement and operationalize a Technology Business Management solution. This solution aims to empower our company with the knowledge to manage and communicate the cost, quality, and value of IT Services. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy, a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality. This role involves close collaboration with IT and Finance professionals at all levels within the organization.
THE ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB INCLUDE:
- Proven experience as an ApptioOne TBM Administrator or similar role.
- Knowledge of IT Services and financial management processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong to expert-level skills and experience in MS Excel.
- Infrastructure background.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of five years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
- Platform Configuration: Configure and customize the ApptioOne platform based on organizational requirements, ensuring optimal functionality and alignment with business objectives.
- Operationalization: Monthly operationalization of data by loading, validating, and reviewing on a timely basis.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and business leaders, to understand their requirements and incorporate feedback into the ApptioOne platform.
- Reporting and Analysis: Develop and generate reports using ApptioOne to provide insights into IT cost structures, resource utilization, and budget variances. Analyze data trends and recommend strategic improvements.
