We’re in search of a Senior Financial Controller to join our global Finance team, responsible for managing accounting, controlling, and legal functions in our expanding company. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity of our financial operations and contributing to the continuous development of our financial systems and processes. This is a rather unique opportunity for an enthusiastic finance professional to contribute to building a finance organization from the ground up and be part of our success story.

REQUIREMENTS:

About you

• Academic degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Economics or equivalent
• Min.5 years of experience in finance and controlling, ideally in SaaS environment
• Independent, solution-oriented and analytical thinking and working.
• Excellent time management skills with a strong ability to stay organized and meet financial deadlines.
• Proficient user of Excel and G-sheets (i.e. financial models and analysis)
• Ideally experience with Netsuite
• Exceptional communication and English writing skills.
• Thrive in high-pressure, deadline-driven and multitasking scenarios.

What you’ll do

• Contribute to the preparation of budget planning, forecasts, and financial models in collaboration with cost and profit center managers
• Conduct comprehensive analyses of financial performance (P&L), prepare monthly budget-to-actual comparisons, and provide variance analyses related to our business model
• Actively monitor cash flow movements and deep dive into operations
• Oversee expense management and cost control initiatives
• Perform ad hoc analyses, and financial modeling, and provide additional financial support to the management team
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the finance department
