What you will do
As a Financial Controller, you are a seasoned financial professional, a hands-on creator and strategist. You actively shape our future, keep an eye on our margins and costs, drive change and advise us as a key partner in decision-making processes.

  • Responsible for the holistic analysis of Regiondo GmbH finances
  • Delivering accurate consolidated month end financial & management reports (P&L, Balance sheet & Cashflow)
  • Consult and support executives as sparring partners in all controlling-relevant topics in Regiondo GmbH
  • Work with the group CFO to support group financial priorities and strategies
  • Further development of SaaS-specific key figures, statistics and evaluations, as well as their continuous control and evaluation
  • Development and modelling of business cases and business plans as well as contribution margin calculations
  • Processing of annual budget & strategy planning, as well as preparation of regular forecast calculations such as estimates & forecasts
  • Management of Audit process, Tax Compliance & R&D Claim process
  • Co-design and further development of existing controlling processes and procedures, as well as implementation of new controlling instruments

What you need to succeed

  • A degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on finance/controlling
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience in controlling in a comparable strategic role, ideally in an international environment
  • Good knowledge of accounting (HGB and IFRS)
  • Excellent analytical skills paired with a structured, committed and self-responsible way of working
  • Intellectually curious and strength in operational, analytical rigor
  • High communication skills and confident appearance vis-à-vis various stakeholders up to the management board
  • Operating in Global environments will be highly advantages (US, Europe, Australia)
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills, other tools are a clear plus
  • German and English fluent in spoken and written
