• Ensuring complete, accurate and timely month-end closings in compliance with German
• GAAP and IFRS
• Preparing periodic group reporting under IFRS standards to Central Finance team in NL
• Implementing, executing and monitoring internal controls and ensuring continuous
• improvement of all financial processes.
• Coordinating the process of the statutory financial statement’s preparation under German
• GAAP and delivery of information for the group audit under IFRS standards.
• Coordinating the day-to-day tasks of the local finance team, such as invoice and payment
• processing, balance sheet reconciliations, payroll processing, creditor/debtor management,
• VAT returns and Income tax calculations etc.
• Being a business partner for your colleagues from other departments such as Project Development and Asset Management to ensure commercial agreements and are accounted for correctly in our financial records
• Collaborating with the local finance team and with the Group Financial team in the Netherlands to structurally strengthen our core of financial processes and improve automations of financial processes;
• Independently solving moderately complex issues with minimal supervision
• Playing a crucial part in the implementation of new ERP system.
