Responsibilities:
- This is a senior role in our Financial Reporting organization and a unique opportunity to be a key contributor and shape a small team into a best-in-class organization
- You will be responsible for shaping our accounting policies (IFRS) across all business areas and ensure their rigorous documentation and adoption
- Be the face of Financial Reporting when working closely with stakeholders across the company to define applicable accounting standards
- Spearhead continuous development of our accounting standards, incl. local GAAPs, IFRS conversion, leading several topics with a high degree of independence
- Drive conversations with internal and external auditors and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including our quarterly and year-end group audit
- In addition, you will oversee both special and strategic group projects with an impact on group accounting
