Senior FP&A Analyst

Grafton Banks Finance is working with a growing Global PE backed business who are looking to hire a newly created Senior FP&A Analyst role.
The business is highly acquisitive and has consistently delivered double digit growth.
This is a new, highly analytical, and commercially focused finance role, which will involve working very closely with the FP&A Manager. The purpose of the role will primarily be to lead and continually improve the annual budgeting and forecasting process for the group, so to aid better business decision making and planning by the business. You will also be leading the development of FP&A software to help deliver further analytics insight and reporting, to the commercial benefit of the business.
We are looking for a qualified accountant who is skilled in FP&A and possesses excellent stakeholder management skills. Experience implementing new processes and controls in FP&A would be a distinct advantage.
This role is hybrid working with 3 days per week in our clients Hailsham offices. Salary for this role is circa £70,000 + benefits including 20% bonus. If successful you’ll be joining a high calibre finance team in a successful business that will offer progression
