As a Senior Associate in the Corporate FP&A team, you will be at the heart of our finance organization, facilitating cross-team collaboration to deliver reporting and insights, driving impactful analyses, and leading initiatives aimed at enhancing financial processes, and implementing new tools and technologies. Alongside ensuring that our month end and FP&A rituals are efficient and impactful, your role will involve analyzing financial information, providing financial visibility, delivering actionable insights, and identifying areas for finance process improvements. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will also oversee the implementation of new tools and ensure change management happens in a timely and effective manner. With your analysis, business acumen, and diligence you will help the organization to make better and more impactful decisions. It will never get boring as there is no such thing as a typical day.
Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Drive the coordination of rituals and activities for the FP&A team, fostering a culture of discipline, continuous improvement and innovation
- Communicate regularly with FP&A and cross-functional finance stakeholders to explain drivers of financial performance
- Lead executive summaries and business reviews, and provide decision support to executive stakeholders using timely, accurate, and insightful analyses
- Use your strong business acumen and knowledge of financial processes to conduct thorough assessments of existing financial processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop strategies for process optimization
- Lead change management initiatives related to process improvements and tool implementations, ensuring smooth transitions and maximizing adoption across the organization
YOU’LL BE GREAT FOR THIS ROLE IF:
- You have experience working collaboratively with finance and accounting teams and have a solid understanding of finance processes
- You have 3+ years of relevant experience in Corporate Finance or Controlling
- You have strong experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and have experience using or implementing FP&A tools
- You have strong experience building and maintaining complex financial models in Excel. Experience with FP&A Tools, SQL, Python and Tableau is a plus
- You have a “Founder’s Mentality” mindset and are a self-directed self-starter
- You’re comfortable with ambiguity and unprecedented challenges that a fast growth environment can bring
- You’re fluent in English, and are a strong and efficient communicator
