We’re proud to champion a more sustainable way to use tech. With an average of 3-4 rental cycles per device depending on the category, we estimate that the rental of our portfolio from 2015-2021 resulted in 160,000 fewer e-waste products and about 250 tons of e-waste.
To continue this incredible adventure, we are currently looking for a motivated Senior Fraud Analyst (m/f/x) full-time for our Fraud Team, at our Berlin HQ.

What you will contribute:

• Be responsible for the prevention and detection of potential fraud
• Being hands-on and learning patterns by Reviewing the orders of our B2C customers
• Identify fraud patterns and contribute to the creation of fraud rules by providing analytical data
• Enhance the current control and monitoring systems, being able to document what is done
• Contribute to measuring the team performance and organize peer review processes to have the team growing
• Work closely with the credit risk team to optimize the approval process
• Support to Customer Service and Debt Collections teams to evaluate customers’ requests
• Assist in the successful completion of various projects within the department
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of our processes
